Return & Refund Policy
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before making payment.
If you would like to revise your order, please contact customer service (Email : services@bluepowder.com) within 2 hours of placing the order. We will be happy to modify and reply within 24 business hours.
Your order cannot be canceled once it has been processed and packed.
*Please note that any order cancellation will incur a 5% cancellation fee as charged by Credit Card company/ Paypal.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us.
RETURN PROCESS
Please allow an additional 48 hours after your package has been delivered before submitting your return request.
